when scomo was answering questions re aussie potential rats the other day he responded to a journo with'we cant manufacture what isnt approved' is this true? i thought you could manufacture here, you just cant sell. the vics are supporting a manufacturer pre approval. perhaps what he meant to say is they the feds wont support unapproved manufacturing.after all they have an election to lose.
