How many f*ck ups, incompetence, poor communication and blatant lies must we take as shareholders from this CEO and Board?? And yes lies. Telling shareholders that TGA approval was "imminent" is falsifying fact.
On this basis Derek needs to go. You cannot clearly lie to shareholders and expect to remain in the position as CEO. Surely he would have known the state of their application and had not had an indication from the TGA that it was imminent. Jack must fall on his sword as the one overseeing this rabble.
What have we seen from these advisors on the Board as well? Stuff all as usual.
