5. New dude on board. Don't know much about him, but will be worth looking into his past experience.

Additionally, this was deemed a price sensitive announcement. For me, this dispels any theories about company officers or others very close to the company converting their options to sell shares immediately. Too close to a price sensitive announcement raises red flags everywhere.
