I work for a large company and we have our own PCR's at each minesite so there's a quick turnaround on confirmation if people are forced into isolation at camp via a RAT. It's called a PCR test/result and the turnaround is a couple of hours but it's not 'official' and still has to go to an approved lab for confirmation. I suspect there are other companies with the same internal capability and wouldn't be surprised if the government is the same.
