This stood out to me, why would it be necessary to re-apply with a whole new submission.

It makes no sense,
The TGA would have made this a requirement so that they look better, they will be able to confidently say to reporters that they respond in a timely manner and this test application only took X time for them to process.

Its hides the fact that they took over 2.5 months to get back to us, it hides the fact that they have changed the goal posts multiple times and pushes the good news for Australian manufacturing story closer to the election.

The TGA needs to have a corruption commission watching it, this is disgusting behavior and the worst part is they will get away with it.

I know this is not a political debate but the fact is Scott Morrison promised a federal ICAC and did not deliver and this has a direct result in the TGA having the freedom to get away with murder.
