Well... how does a Board with almost NIL, Zero, None shares in the Company make any proper recommendations to its minority shareholders of such an important decision!? It's simply an ugly reality that this Non-interested Board with... a .~A$6923 (25,640 x A$0.27ps) position in the Company could not care less about Share Price performance & value creation for the non-controlling minority shareholders. If Theta do get a significant stake and be actively invovled in FML management, surely they could afford to offer proper equity incentive packages to attract/build an A-team and make things happen...
