You're not wrong. It has been like this since SD took over. As far as I can remember, there has never been a Director holding shares. When I was reading the 'Release of Target's Statement in response to TGM's Offer', I was embarrassed for the board when reading that only ONE Non-Executive Director was holding a measly 25,640 (of which 12,820 were from the recent Focus Share Offer), and they were boasting about this too. I was under the impression they were incentivising their team in other ways. It could be a deliberate strategy to give the SH the impression that they don't care in order to get you to sell. Too many distractions IMO. But you are absolutely correct!
