Having been raised in a 1 party communist stare, also having travelled to china numerous times & spoken to many people (local & foreigners alike) studied & taught business here in Aust & in china this is my view.
The directors will put policies in place that are demanded by their ccp masters, no questions about it.
If you want to see how foreign investors are treated, have a look at evergrande bond holders form outside of china are treated.
