Well shandong bought into FML $250 million at 5 cents ps before 50 to 1 consolidation so fml is currently sitting at .006 cents basically the same sp before condolidation, so still way undervalued imo I can see why they rejected the offer they would be losing 90% of there money , if the takeover was around $2 ps I think they should take it. A takeover like this is never ideal for the bigger shareholders , but for myself which have go my average down to 29 cents I would personally do it as the management from TGM would get the job done as they have 30 years experience.
