This is what they should have offered in the first place. Equates to 82.5c exchange on the current market. Problem is, what are you going to do with the TMG shares once you have them. No one is buying them so you cant unload them.
Further, instead of management fighting this why don't they do something to increase the value of the shares which is what they should have been doing fr the past 8 years.
