What I do not like is that SD can get complete control without paying any premium for control. With 49% and 3 of 5 firectors, SD can already do whatever they want

Looks to me as some bastard version of a Trojan horse. A beachhead to go forward soaking up as much potential acreage as they can, In other words, a very long term plan that no Australian company could ever do in China.
