Interloper, I, and I suspect many fellow shareholders would agree with your comments, which make much sense to we retail lot although possibly not to management of a SOE entity.
Perhaps Shandong is different and I am told they are preferable to many of the same ilk.
Anyway I will be taken some up and averaging down so perhaps its the colour of my glasses i.e. RTed.
