yeah..it could be. I m new to VML, at least at face value 15m price tag seems a low ball no.
but I guess, financing might be an issue for vml, but not for TNG (ready buyers)...TNG might want to gear up as Tungsten power house. remember that rare earth scare many years ago... if they want to bid it up, as a holder, they r more than welcome.
Top shareholders are scattered, resistance is less likely ! but this is long shot thought.... cashed up VML is a reality , worth a punt.
