    They have the buildings on a triple net lease up to 2052 if I remember correctly. So the only threat here is the price hike which is limited to inflation + 10% increase on a 5-year review cycle. They will be paying more interest than they are paying rent (not by much). It's true they will control the assets, but I agree with Hokey 5771, they are not in RE business.
