TOT NTA $1.26 at 31/12 - with IAP valued at $1.73
With IAPs 4.5c div and uplift to $1.90, Tot's NTA should be closer to $1.45.
After transaction settled TOT management will need to take some action to bring the share price closer to nta.
If a large discount remained surely a takeover offer at a few cents below nta would look attractive.
