The manager has experience in managing this asset class and has performed admirably. The current manager is clearly acting in the interests of unitholders by refusing to" sellout" the unitholders by refusing to accept payment from TGP. Clearly the governance of Elstree is of extremely high quality. This has forced TGP to offer unit holders value for" their" management rights decision. Does 3 cents compensate for what TGP proposes?
