You could take a view that NXT does not need to worry about this takeover, and they could rely on the contract they have with AJD to protect their interests with the 3 data centres. However I understand NXT's concern that an aggressive property manager could cause them heartache. I don't think that board representation on a company with majority ownership by TGP is a long term solution. NXT may chose to put up with it for a period of time, but in the end I think they will still come back with a later offer to get full control.
