Also every investor in australia have to go to the agm (or send for each one a single-proxy) to vote against the spa via hand-voting.

Hand-vote = 1 vote for each investor, doesn't matter how many shares he/she has!

To have more hand-votes every investor should go by himself or take his own proxy and not a group-proxy (e.g. 5 different investors could take 1 proxy togheter but the proxy gets also just 1 vote! So in our case a group-proxy isn't really useful)!
