    Market need some time to compare to peers, objectively, it is fair low capex in cobalt industry, see laterite cobalt, CLQ need US$ 1.5bil Capex, HIG Ramu need US$ 2.1bil, Sheritt laterite capex also over US$ 2bil?? and so on and so forth.
