V busy today but quick look at PFS. Cob mgmt conservative as usual. Please note they are only the ore reserve at this stage and not the full resource so plenty of upside. Based on this LOM is only 13 y versus CLQ 25 years in their BFS . IRR has plenty of room to go up. Yes at Trendtracker highlights it if final recovery increases as expected to 90% recovery there will be a significant increase in IRR. Right now the PFS is a cautious base model and the IRR is already higher than CLQ.. Plenty of potential from this point as COB works towards BFS.
