    I agree. Thackaringa will come to a stand still and so will BPL and all there other plans. BPL have been sitting back waiting for the cash to come in from the JV that way they didn't have to do a CR. Now BPL will either stop everything or will be forced into a CR to continue their own mineral sands and other projects.
    I am surprised they did not agree to extend the jv.
    What's an extra 12 months in a long term project like this.
