It's not what BPL appears to say it's what COB have legally signed and commited to in both the original and modifIed joint venture agreements.
COB have already failed in the joint venture agreement once; a time when investors were in the green and the cobalt price was heading up like a rocket so nobody batted an eye. BPL gave COB a chance.
This is the second time and IMO given the recent stock action by COB and its severe impact on BPL IMO it will not be treated nicely at all.
Once again I am happy to apologise if I am wrong. Just my two cents.
