I notice that a resolution to be presented at the AGM this month is a special facility to raise 10% of MC. This of course is additional to the 15% statutory for our MC, in theory a whopping 25% if required. I don't think retail will get much of a look in, but you never know, what it does mean is a fair bit of cash to back various initiatives.
