I wonder if they’ll update us when the first stud wall is erected, or the plumber has fitted off the dunnies, or the tiler has finished the waterproofing? Talk about trying to justify a dud call. These pr!cks p!ssed away shareholder value to increase funds under management and remunerate themselves. Look at the SP when they made the decision to buy this crap (not crap crap, but a crap deal for the price and return). Look at the cost to manage what was once just cashing a cheque every month! That’s money that should be going to shareholders. Every time these cnuts use our money to do anything it just dilutes the value of our investment and lowers our SP and return to investors. The whole management and board should be thrown out. We would be far better off to pay the shoe shine boy a fiver to run the cheque down to the bank and save $10,000,000 a year on value destructive management.
