The new rice pledging scheme is moronic - the last PM had it right with her subsity scheme - but no typical Thia halfwits labeled her as a criminal and charged her for being corrupt when all she did was come up with a tried and true method of solving a short to mid term issue. U guess no-one could be trusted to hand out the cash to the farmers and ensuring they actually got the aid they deserved
