These agreements that are being signed all have revenue in them and it takes time to reveal them. The more deals signed the lower the Price over earnings will be the more under valued peh will be. It's a good thing for those who have foresight and a bad thing for short term traders. Patience is key here. A few weeks ago support was at 11.5 cents and now it's at 13.5 cents so it's obviously in a solid uptrend, be patient you will be rewarded.
