*Current production (1200 -1400 bopd) to rise to 3000 (30/6/14) and 5000 (12/14).
Looks like the 2 parties are both anticipating that this will happen,and NEEDING for it to happen for LOYZ to meet the further amounts due to CVN after the initial $36.5m.
Failure to meet these expectations likely to reduce the total price per a formula agreed upon,I would say.
