If you add the "will be met" to the truncated quotation you included, then I believe you will see it in context better, ie refers to the current CY only.
Agree there's still heaps more uncertainty than we'd like, but not expecting a major sp correction myself. A drift back to 40 ish "might" be nice though, unless caused by justifiable news yet to come. Think the despondency might be a little overdone, but then been burnt on a few oilers.
