Seems to me that this is the big fess up by Towngas that their internal skill base is not up to scratch. Need help from Schlumberger, and will even accept help from CVN.
Still not sure how to execute a water flood after doing the drilling, three months on. How could they have maintained back in Dec that production was imminent when they could see how clueless their partner was? Couldn't have been that blind surely?
