After a bit more thought I think I should substitute "1-3,or so years" (at the end of my latest post) for "1-2 years".
I have absolutely no idea how long it will take before wells 3C and 3D water out ,assuming that is the eventual cause of production ceasing.And I am sure that Towngas don't know either-hence the warning contained in "1 to 3 months"
The CVN market is getting it about right(on the evidence to date),IMO,in post-announcement sales.
I will be watching for months and months yet (as will Towngas and CVN et al) before feeling as if Towngas has solved the V problem.
As "choking" a well is a practice as old as oil drilling itself and as the previous Operator,POE, is/was regarded as a good operator in that part of the world I cant believe that POE didn't choke oil flow in some way in some of the V wells they were responsible for drilling and managing.
