I think the main things to consider are
1 - we have won the case, this is clear, the company are now being what they can get from the Thai gov in terms of mine rights in exchange for reducing the settlement
2 - there will be a big cash number no matter what, the company would not agree to just mine opening without compensation
3 - the cash will be plenty to re open the mine and some left , the company has been buying back shares as it knows cash wont be a problem
