Don’t underestimate the above this is a big hint the direction this is heading

they both have agreed to delay the outcome from Singapore ( I believe this will never be released to the public , could be $2b plus some have said $750m , )
Best outcome for KCN and the Thai people is to share the wealth with what can come out of this gold mine , I believe the LOM is much much more then 20years(at Curren prices as indicated by the board) with full access to the tenants LOM could be 40?50 years pumping out 200-300k ounces of gold , this is why I think IPO on the Thai bourse will be the deal maker
Yes it’s speculation on my behalf

However there is no question what the asset is capable off , this so called negotiations has been on going for about 5 years , and like anything will have a ending , it looks like from the announcement in February and now this one (which I have read again and again to maintain my convictions) a settlement is more likely now then ever before

I’m stating the obvious here , both parties know what cash cow this will be , let’s
say $1000 gross profit per ounce of gold , that’s about $300m US (yep USA dollars) a year EBITDA for the next 20 years
What’s that worth ? $10-$15 a share
All this can happen with KCN and Thai government agreeing ,
How much jobs?
How much taxes?
How much royalties?
And how much wealth creation with a listing on the Thai bourse for all

Many possibilities here , but ultimately common sense , truth and saving face (political spin)will prevail

Just a general question , are the guys who offered the 4c take over offer still around/involved?
