Dual listings are expensive. Companies don't like them. Even BHP is winding up its London listing.
Owning shares on a non-ASX exchange is unattractive.
Even something as close as NZ is difficult/expensive/impossible to transact, so I can't see the majority of us accepting Bangkok-listed shares.
