I agree with your analysis @setfire2thehive. Current MC is around 30% Risked NPV and $1bn NPV valuation is in the ball park. Now we know that arbitration ruling pressure is still on.. Thai government is committed to settlement deal. Based on your 60-80% risked NPV pre-production/settlement - a $3 sp is feasible.
