At this point in time the short term focus is on mine opening.
Though in the immediate future, we need financing. From announcements to date, there is a lot of uncertainty in this regards.
Once financing is sorted, and according to HFguy, it shouldn't be difficult, we could see a huge leg up.
This announcement in itself I feel is good, having the backstop in case the Thai's play tricks or anything like that.
