Check the last list of top 20 shareholders (the last top 20 shareholder list that I have seen is 30 June 2021, from the annual report, see below), BoA/ML is number 18 with 1598k shares (0.72%). They have now crossed 5%... instos don't manipulate the market for no reason or just on a hunch... LoveGod in his post today is right on the money
As an aside... has ASIC ever been sued for not doing its job and therefore market participants have suffered loss? The inactivity here by Sergeant Shultz is seriously hard to defend if a case was ever brought and loss could be proven. As a lawyer might say..."some people just need to be sued"...
