I see the announcement as a positive & jumped on board. Tafta ruling delayed by 12 months provides a safety net. Since it's delayed by 11 months, that's indicating that there is confidence in finalising some of the details whilst getting machinery & staffing ready.
Who knows, maybe a Thai bank getting involved? That would be a moral booster for shareholders.
