Feels to me that this well masked announcement sets the stage for lower than expected results for the March Quarter. Expectations have been high that March would be fantastic, but they've now telegraphed the punch that "power outages over the last 2 months (ie Jan & Feb) AND a slower than expected transition from ..... have resulted in lower than expected underground ore production and reduced concentrate production". Pretty plain to me.... long term obviously still good, but next 8 weeks likely rocky....
