Very simple, they are not go to announce day to day operational issues, they have better things to do, when it has an effect on production in a material way, like with this recent event, they are required to and have done so...many mines and operations close down completely for the rainy season , in RVR's case it can cause problems and they will be dealt with as best they can, some years will be worse than others...
A Companies operational performance is best judged on an annual basis where lost production in one quarter has a chance to be made up during other quarters..we have Been going less than 6 months and almost 4 of those were in the ramp up phase...
