It's all fine and well for them to release these sort of vague, maybe-maybe not agreements and approvals in an effort to pump the price....but the real question is, when's the cap raise coming and at what price? The market knows better to wait for news of actual revenue or contracts rather than potential revenue and MOUs, particularly when funds are all but dried up.
$1.06m in the bank back on September 30...with predicted outflows of $860k for the quarter, which is only a week away from concluding. Ugly stuff. Any talk of bags from here, one might want to consider the impending dilution.
