I think the stock still suffers from a hangover from the board spill and the technical weakness that resulted earlier in the year.
The key business fundamentals are solid, the management team are effective, the valuation compared to similar businesses in the same industry is very cheap, the broader industry landscape is attractive. As such I continue to accumulate on weakness.
The technical dynamics of THC remind me a lot of ELD from buying in at 9c. There were similar issues with management, strategy as well as debt... It was a long road with lots of volatility but take a look and see how that played out over the longer term.
Short term sentiment always gives way to long term fundamentals In this case I believe THC will prove to be a good long term prospect.
