Tetra at cashflow breakeven at acquisition, expected profitability by end of CY2020.

Currently prescribes AGH, MXC, LGP and others. Expects to prescribe Canndeo in "coming weeks".

All for 2.5 mil in dilution and 0.5 mil in cash over 6 months.
