Ann: THC Global acquires leading clinic network Tetra Health, page-9

I regard this as an excellent acquisition. Although now legal, it is has actually been very hard to get prescribed for, and obtain, medicinal cannabis in Australia. Tetra Health has an effective process for variegating people through that journey. I have a family member who has been through that process with Tetra Health and the service was excellent.
I think it's a wise and cheap acquisition which significantly assists THC with the vertical integration they need to really be a market leader.
