For someone with 1m shares and options and only a few posts it seems very strange. All shares from the SPP comes from the company, nothing to do with the existing shareholders. All funds go tot the company. Its that simple. If the licence or any other good news comes and the share price goes up the current shareholders including yourself will benefit. the risk that people have to be careful of is if they sell shares to take up the SPP and then the licence is announced and price jumps up and the company then cancels the SPP and those that sold missed out,
