I was wondering when the SPP/CR was coming. The kitty was getting low and options conversion not slated until later in the year.

A bit weird that they haven't said what their plans are for the captial though (aside from keeping the lights on). I have a bunch of guesses of things they would need to spend it on. It's just odd to not say. Also odd to justify it as an opportunity to get in before the license. I would have preferred after to minimise dilution.
