    The share price was well above 50c for a while and many times in last 12 months - options were well in the money
    Volumes are and were not there to absorb any large
    quantity
    55m quantity will be no easy feat to sell if the majority wanted out after conversion

    Would be a cheap CR if all converted rather than hitting the market sometime in the future !!!!
