Also not an option guru, but that doesn't seem to make much sense. You want to buy option for 10 cents, they cost 40 cents to exercise. So your total would be 50 cents. Then you want to sell a 46 cent share.
This leaves you in the hole 4 cents per share. Assuming you exercise immediately.
