THC will be a prime takeover target once the options are exercised.
No debt, cash on hand, large manufacturing plant and cash flow from multiple streams.
The new owners would not need to use much of their funds, they will simply borrow on THC's balance sheet to cover the cost of the purchase.
Money for nothing IMO.
