Yeah, looked at their website recently before the announcement. Its pretty good now with a pretty extensive product line.

Interestingly many items are consumables:

Plant nutrients 

Lighting

Ventilation filters 

Water treatment filters, etc.

So not just one time sales.

Also looked at one of their competitors:

Gavita(Lighting/Hardware). Found 75% was bought by Scotts Miracle Grow(Ticker SMG) for  $136 million.

They (SMG) also control Aero Grow International (Ticker AERO)(Indoor garden systems).

And Botanicare(Plant nutrient/Hydroponics).

All bought into in late 2016.

CMP already has many, not all of the same items. But does offer some items that these 3 companies don't.

AERO currently trading at $2.76 US by itself.
