- Parties to the Supply Agreement to review opportunities for supply of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and finished products as the Company extends commercial production capabilities, on a 6 monthly basis
- There is no minimum order volume, orders are made as required via purchase orders (subject to €50,000 minimum order value). So the better Canndeo goes, the bigger the orders.
- The Agreement also provides for MGC Pharma and THC Global to collaborate on the future supply of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) extracts as well as other finished product, including from THC Global’s Southport Facility. Import and Export Licences have been received for Southport Facility enabling international export opportunities.
The Southport Facility also presents opportunities for future further collaboration between MGC Pharma and THC Global which will be considered on a bi-annual basis.

Could we see THC take advantage of our Malta Facility while they give us access to their Australian Southport Facility? Sounds like we will be hearing more from this partnership, Canndeo may just be the beginning.
After all, the supply agreement is for a minimum term of 18 months.
